No Exchange Policy:
Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted jewellery and for the protection of all our customers, we do not offer exchanges on any purchases. Once a transaction is completed, items cannot be exchanged for other pieces or store credit.

15-Day Warranty:
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our jewellery. If you experience any issues with your purchase within 15 days of the original purchase date, please contact us. Our warranty covers:

Manufacturing Defects: If you find any defects in materials or workmanship.
